Cancellation Policy

This guideline has been put together for students and groups interested in booking a privately run Art Workshop.  

 

I hope this is clear and answers any questions you may have.  Once I have received bookings I put aside payment for hire of the room, to purchase materials and organise refreshments. • Once payment is received a place on the course will be booked and secured for you

• Full Payment then becomes non-refundable within 21 days of the course date; however  you can Nominate someone to take your place

• In the event you are unable to find a replacement within 10 days of the workshop then a 50% of your fee will be refunded

• In the event of illness or cancellation from myself: Initially an alternative date will be found to run the course;  if you are unable to make the date chosen by myself then a full refund will be sent back to you
